The studio's worlds, characters, films, music, and artwork are original work and remain its property. These terms cover what you may do with what you find here.

Who these terms are with
This website is operated by BrainSprout Studios, Naples, Florida. Using the site means these terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Ownership
Everything on this site that makes up the studio's work — the story worlds, characters, names, scripts, films, music, artwork, stills, designs, the BrainSprout Studios name and logo, and the written copy — is owned by BrainSprout Studios or used with permission. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Third-party names and logos that appear on this site belong to their owners and are shown only to describe real, factual involvement.
What you may do
- Read, watch, and share links to anything published here.
- Quote short extracts for review, news reporting, commentary, or criticism, with clear credit to BrainSprout Studios.
- Use press assets for editorial coverage, on the terms set out on the Press page.
What you may not do
- Use the studio's characters, worlds, artwork, music, or films commercially, or in merchandise, without a written licence.
- Create derivative works, adaptations, sequels, or continuations of the studio's properties for public or commercial release.
- Use any material from this site to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop machine-learning or generative models, or to produce outputs imitating the studio's characters, designs, or style.
- Re-upload the studio's films or music, in whole or in part, to any platform as your own or without permission.
- Alter, crop, recolour, composite, or overlay text on the artwork, or remove credits.
- Present yourself as speaking for, affiliated with, or endorsed by BrainSprout Studios when you are not.
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Inquiries grant no rights
Sending an inquiry through this site — about sponsorship, licensing, co-development, a commission, or press — creates no agreement of any kind. It grants no right, licence, exclusivity, permission, or option over any property, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Replying to your message does not change that. Rights are granted only by a written agreement signed by BrainSprout Studios.
Please do not send unsolicited creative submissions — scripts, pitches, characters, story ideas, or artwork. We cannot accept or review them, and anything sent unsolicited is sent at your own risk and creates no obligation or confidentiality on our part.
Purchases
No purchases are offered or completed through this website. Books, collector plates, and other physical work are listed as available by inquiry only, and any sale is agreed separately in writing. No pricing shown or implied on this site is an offer.
Release information
Release dates, runtimes, titles, and production status shown here describe work as it stands when published, and may change. Work described as in production is not a promise of a release date. Where a film is public, the link goes to the studio's own channel.
Links to other sites
This site links to places the studio publishes, including YouTube, The Dispatch, and The Chronicles of Satoshi, and occasionally to third-party coverage. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No advice
The studio's work includes stories and commentary that touch on Bitcoin, money, energy, and history. None of it is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it should be relied on to make a financial decision.
The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. BrainSprout Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Collier County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute.
