Delivery & purchase terms.
Free printables
The Chubsters Family Activity Pack is a free PDF. No account, email address, purchase or payment information is required. You may print it for your household or classroom. Share the download page rather than distributing the file. Resale and commercial reuse are excluded.
Digital purchases
A purchase is available only when an item displays a price and an active checkout button. The displayed price is a one-time charge in US dollars. Any applicable charges appear before payment. Digital products have no shipping cost and include only the files described on their product listing.
After payment is confirmed, the order confirmation page provides the download. A payment receipt alone does not grant commercial rights to music, characters or artwork. Unless an item states otherwise, the purchase is a personal-use license for one household or one classroom. Re-uploading, reselling or sublicensing the files is excluded.
Download help & refunds
For an unavailable, damaged, duplicate or incorrect digital delivery, contact the studio with your payment receipt. We will restore access, replace the file or refund the affected purchase. Requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed; any rights required by applicable consumer law remain available.
Books & preorders
Books marked Coming soon are release announcements. They do not take payment or reserve stock. A book preorder will open only when the edition, price, expected shipment window, shipping destinations and costs, and cancellation terms are published. Physical collectibles and special editions remain available by direct inquiry.
Adults & privacy
Checkout and release inquiries are for adults. Do not submit a child's personal information. Payment information is handled by the payment provider. The studio does not receive card numbers. See the privacy policy and website terms.
