What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It describes what is actually running — nothing here is boilerplate for features this site does not have.

The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising, and does not track you across other websites. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the inquiry form and send to us deliberately.
What the inquiry form collects
The inquiry form on Contact and Partner is the same form. It collects only the fields shown on it:
- Name, and email address — both required, so we can reply.
- Organization, if you give one.
- Engagement type, property or release, objective, budget band, timing, and rights or distribution interest — all optional context.
- Your message.
There is also one hidden field that is never shown to you. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded as automated. It exists only to stop spam.
What happens to a submission
A submission is validated on our server and then emailed to a monitored BrainSprout Studios inbox. The reply-to address is set to the email you entered, so a reply goes straight back to you. Submissions are not published, sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used to build a marketing profile. The content of your message is not written to our application logs.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Our website host, Vercel, serves the site and runs the code that handles the form.
IP addresses
When you submit the form, your IP address is used momentarily to apply a rate limit — a cap on how many messages can be sent from one address in a short window — so the form cannot be flooded. It is used for that check and is not stored in a database, attached to your message, or used to identify you.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics, and only on the live site. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It records aggregate page views and a small number of interaction counts — for example, that an inquiry form was started — and never the contents of any field. Because no cookies are set and nothing is processed for advertising, there is no consent banner on this site.
The Dispatch, YouTube, and other links
The Dispatch newsletter is operated on Beehiiv. If you subscribe, you do so on Beehiiv's own page and your email address is held by them under their privacy policy — we never see a subscription form on this site. Every email they send carries an unsubscribe link.
Links to YouTube, The Chronicles of Satoshi, and other sites take you off this website. Once you are there, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
How long anything is kept
Inquiry emails stay in the studio inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Aggregate analytics are retained by our host on a rolling basis and contain nothing that identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through Contact and say so plainly — we will action it. If you subscribed to The Dispatch, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
Children
Some of the studio's worlds are made for younger audiences, but this website is a studio site intended for a general and professional audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
